Strategic Plan Update

The White Swan Community Coalition Strategic Plan provides a roadmap for reducing substance use and promoting mental health among our youth. It outlines how our activities address community needs using evidence-based practices, foster collaboration, ensure accountability, and promote sustainability through measurable goals and thoughtful resource allocation.

At our October meeting, we reviewed the first chapter: Organizational Structure, Organization, and Development.

The next chapter, Capacity Building, is now ready for your feedback! Please take a look and share your comments with Julie.

Looking ahead to January, we’ll dive into subsequent chapters. These will showcase our work identifying substance use trends, highlighting risk and protective factors, and conducting a comprehensive community resource assessment.
