About Us

The White Swan Community Coalition fosters collaboration in an effort to reduce substance use and promote positive mental health among our community’s youth. We support programming at the individual, family, and community levels to mitigate the risk factors and enhance the protective factors in our young people’s lives.

Honoring the voices of our community, the White Swan Community Coalition strives to promote mental health and prevent substance use among our youth by providing education, raising awareness, and fostering a healthier, more supportive environment.
