Senator King Backs White Swan's Fight Against Liquor License

On March 23rd, coalition member Joshua Tsavatewa and coordinator Julie Schillreff met with Senator Curtis King in Yakima to share the community's concerns about a recently issued liquor license and the impact of increased alcohol availability in White Swan.

Senator King was receptive to the coalition's message and expressed his support for seeking revocation of the license. He also committed to inviting our state representatives to join him in meeting with the Liquor and Cannabis Board to urge the Board to follow the community's desires to limit alcohol availability in White Swan.
