Mt. Adams Cooking Staff, Bus Drivers, and Nurses Trained in QPR

On Friday, March 29th, Mt. Adams cooking staff, bus drivers, and nurses were trained in Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR).

QPR is an educational program designed to teach lay and professional “gatekeepers” the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to respond.

With their new training, our staff will be better able to recognize signs of suicide among our students and get students the help they need.
