Healthy Youth Survey Coming to Mt. Adams Schools

The Mt. Adams School District, in partnership with the White Swan Community Coalition, will be administering the Healthy Youth Survey (HYS) during the week of October 13th for all students in grades 6 through 12.

The HYS gives youth across Washington state a chance to share their experiences and perspectives on wellbeing, behaviors, attitudes, and school and community life. This year marks the 19th statewide implementation of the survey, which is conducted every two years. Participation has steadily increased over time; in 2023, more than 215,000 students from all 39 counties took part.

By taking the survey, students help provide valuable insights that guide local and state programs to better support youth health and safety.
