Health Students at White Swan High School Trained in Opioid Overdose Prevention

On Friday, October 4th, White Swan High School health students participated in Opioid Overdose Prevention and Response training.

This one-hour class introduced participants to common opioids, highlighted their effects on the body, and taught them how to identify and effectively respond to an opioid overdose.

This important training empowers our students with the knowledge and skills to make a difference in their communities and respond to potential overdose situations with confidence.
