Coordinator Attends Coalition Leadership Institute

Our Coordinator attended the Coalition Leadership Institute (CLI) from June 22nd to 24th, where she deepened her toolkit for leading effective community coalitions. The training focused on strategies for engaging coalition members in building a logic model, ensuring members have real ownership over how the coalition's goals, strategies, and outcomes fit together. She also worked through approaches for conducting needs and resource assessments, sharpening her ability to identify where our community's gaps are and what resources exist to address them. She's already applying these strategies to strengthen how the White Swan Community Coalition plans and prioritizes its work moving forward.
