Coalition Sends 9-Member Team to CADCA Mid-Year Training Institute

From July 15th to 18th, our student assistance specialist, Soledad Zintzun, and our school social worker, Yunuenn Garcia, traveled to Chicago to attend the CADCA Mid-Year Training Institute alongside seven of our Dream Makers.

At the institute, the team was introduced to the prevention model and learned how to target the key issues they want to address in our community. They also practiced their presentation skills and learned how to ask for funding.
