51 Harrah Educators Receive QPR Training

On Wednesday, September 4th, White Swan School Social Worker Yunuenn Garcia partnered with our coordinator, Julie Schillreff, to provide QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training to 51 educators at Harrah Elementary and Mt. Adams Middle School.

During the session, educators gained valuable insights into recognizing suicide warning signs and learned how to support students who may be at risk. Participants also engaged in three role-playing exercises, which helped them refine their skills through real-life scenarios.
